Can i amend my Order?
Once your order has been placed unfortunately we will not be able to make any changes to the item / sizes on the order.
Has my order been successful?
Once you place your order, you will be sent an email confirmation to the registered email address given.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept paypal and wix payment through out website.
All payments are sercure.
Why has my order been cancelled?
Sometimes due to high demand, your item may have become sold out. In the event of this happening we may have to cancel your order and refund you for the items not in stock.
If you have additonal items, we will dispatch these to you and refund you for the item which is out of stock
How do i track my package?
Once your package is dispatched, you will recieve an email to the registered email.
This will have the tracking code to track your package.

What happens if im not in when my package is delivered?
If this happens, sometimes the delivery company will leave it with a neighbour or leave you a calling card. This explains where you can collect your parcel or rearrange for delivery.
What time will my Package arrive?
Orders placed on a next day service. Deliveries can be made anytime between 9am and 6pm.
For orders placed on free delivery or standard shipping. Deliveries can be made anytime between 7am and 6pm.
How long do i have to return my item?
Should you need to return any item from your order please return with 14 days of delivery.
You do not need to notify us of your return, however we strongly recommend you obtain a tracking number for your parcel when posting the order back to us.
We ask that you please take care when trying on your items.
Should the return show sign of wear or any tangs have been removed for any reason our returns team will not be able to process your refund.
Please note that should any returned parcels be lost by your chosen courier for return we will not be able to issue a refund.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes we do!
We welcome exchanges, this can be for the same item of clothing but different size / colour
You would be required to pay the additional postage charge for your exchanged item to be posted back to you.
You may also exchange the item for a different item of clothing but must be valued at the same price of the original piece of clothing you purchased.
The item my have all its tags attached and have no signs of wear. We will not be able to exhange the item if any of the above is seen.

Please make sure the returns slip is filled in, which you would of received with your order.
When will i receive my refund?
When your returned parcel is received by us.
We aim to have the refund processed within 7 working days.
Once processed you will receive an email to let you know your refund has been issued. All funds will be returned to the original method of payment.
Please note, it can take a further 3-7 days for the refund to show in your bank account.
I have received an incorrect / faulty item
We do apologise if you have received an incorrect or faulty item.
We ask that you please send us a message via the contact us page and we will assist in getting the issue sorted as soon as possible.
If a faulty item has been received you will need to contact our customer care team with 7 days.
